Q: Will they actually work US hours?

A: Every region we work in has core overlap with US timezones. Mexico (CST), Colombia (EST), Argentina (ART), Brazil (EST). You'll have real-time collaboration without the 12-hour delay of offshoring.

Q: What if it doesn't work out?

A: 90-day guarantee. If the hire isn't working — whether that's performance, culture fit, or an unexpected departure — notify us within the guarantee window and we'll replace them at no additional placement fee. The guarantee applies to Direct Hire placements. Exclusions apply where the role, compensation, or working conditions change materially after placement.

Q: What about payroll, taxes, and compliance?

A: Via our Nearshore Staffing model, we manage payroll, statutory benefits, and employment compliance in each country through licensed local partners — so you get one invoice per month and zero paperwork. We're not a law firm, and we always recommend clients take independent advice on their specific obligations.

Q: How is this different from a EOR / AOR solution?
